Below are some graphic designs I’ve created for an online news publication, called the Washington Free Beacon.
After a rebrand at the Beacon the endcard on Beacon videos needed a refresh so I designed this endcard for new branding on all Beacon videos.
Designed each of these logos for newsletter rebrands at the Free Beacon. It was important to keep many of the Beacon’s brand elements throughout each logo while also quickly communicating the purpose of each newsletter just by the logo.
I collaborated with a Beacon writer to design this feature image for a piece she was working on about a former militant group leader who now leads anti-ICE protests in Los Angeles.
This was imagery I designed with the use of AI to promote a piece regarding the scandals of the democratic party over the last few years.
This was a set designed for a social post to accompany a piece covering the change in leadership at the Kennedy Center under the new administration.
All of these samples are projects I conceptualized, produced and edited for the Washington Free Beacon.
My work over the years has varied from projects with think tanks, political campaigns and news media. These various videos showcase some of the pre-production, production and post production work I’ve done for some of those organizations.
One of my favorite projects during my time at Heritage. It challenged me creatively as well gave me an opportunity to indulge my love of film critiques.
On the 30th anniversary of the Crown Heights riots, I produced this video piece using only news footage from the time as a video flashback of details of the event and how the event was covered.
In my work, I have created visuals for audio-only formats like podcasts as well as created necessary video components to accompany written published pieces.
This is a curation of audio projects I’ve either produced or visually designed.
Designed this visual to accompany a written piece to showcase exclusive audio we had received for the story.
Worked as the main producer on this podcast series that was created as a podcast show that explains major policy issues at a 101 level.
Heritage Explains is a podcast giving informative takes on a 101 level involving current public policy issues effecting society today. I was lead editor on this podcast.
These are some snapshots from both my professional and personal work from the last few years.
Took this video from top to bottom with the reporter I worked on with, from pre-production, production and post.
Worked with a small media team to produce and edit this project to showcase the work being done on the ground in North Carolina after Hurricane Florence.
Travelled to Greenwood, Mississippi to produce and edit this video to showcase a new Christian boys school that had been created in the area as a strong need in the community.
Much of my video work at the Washington Free Beacon has been accompanied with written components. These are links to some of the written work I’ve done since joining the Beacon.

These personal narratives that I worked on were a part of a Facebook Watch series called Let Freedom Speak that allowed conservative commentary regarding some of America’s most important issues.
In 2017, I had the opportunity to edit a video with Dr. Michelle Cretella, a pediatrician and executive director of the American College of Pediatricians, speaking about transgender issues and children.
The video went viral on Facebook with over 74 million views, almost 2 years to the date of release YouTube removed the video because they said that one remark that Dr. Cretella states violated the YouTube speech policy.
